The West Central Community Center is seeking a team player to join our Before and After School Childcare program.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a desire to build relationships while being a positive role model to youth K-12. If you are enthusiastic, energetic, and enjoy working with school-age children this is the position for you. This is a fun, fast-paced work environment that allows you to make a difference in a child’s life every day! The Youth Development Aide plans, organizes, and leads recreation activities in a Before & After School/ Summer Day Care Program for children ages 5-12 while providing a safe environment to learn, play, and grow.  Experience in recreation, arts, elementary education, or related field is a plus. STARS and CPR certified a bonus!
