The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program is a vital part of the services available at WCCC. WIC provides important health and nutrition education along with access to healthy foods in an effort to develop healthy families.
What is WIC:
WIC is a nutrition program which provides Spokane families with nutrition and breastfeeding education along with healthy foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, milk and whole grains. WIC helps families develop a lifetime of healthy habits. Eligibility is determined by income, medical guidelines and nutritional assessment.
